We are pleased to announce that on the 9th of July, Sanofi will release the new, updated version of the iBGStar® Diabetes Manager Application – the DMA v. 2.0.1.

Important information regarding the iBGStar® Diabetes Manager Application - version 2.0
|
|
On the 21st of May, Sanofi released the new, more stable version of the iBGStar® Diabetes Manager Application – the DMA v. 2.0. Since then, a very limited number of users reported issues regarding the data conversion when upgrading from DMA v. 1.0 to DMA v.2.0. We advise users to continue upgrading and using the DMA v. 2.0. As a precaution to data keeping, users should create an i-device backup (with DMA v.1.0) in iTunes prior to upgrading, then execute the upgrade and continue using the iBGStar® DMA v. 2.0. Users who encountered issues when upgrading, and were able to recover DMA v. 1.0 from backup, should continue using the DMA v. 1.0 until further notice.
